
New Delhi, March 4 Copper futures rose by ₹6.20 to ₹1,230.35 per kg on Wednesday due to increased spot demand.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange, copper contracts for April delivery increased by ₹6.20, or 0.51%, to ₹1,230.35 per kilogram in a trading volume of 282 lots.
Analysts attributed the rise in copper prices to increased speculation by participants.
