
New Delhi, March 9 Copper prices fell by ₹8.95 to ₹1,208.75 per kilogram in futures trading on Monday, due to weak demand in the domestic spot market.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX), copper for April delivery declined by ₹8.95, or 0.73 percent, to ₹1,208.75 per kg in a trading volume of 422 lots.
Traders said subdued domestic demand from consuming industries weighed on copper prices in futures trading.
