New Delhi, March 24 Prices of cottonseed oil cake fell by Rs 12 to Rs 3,494 per quintal in futures trading on Tuesday, as participants reduced their positions, following weak trends in the spot market.
On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange, cottonseed oil cake for April delivery traded lower by Rs 12, or 0.34 percent, to Rs 3,494 per quintal, with an open interest of 57,460 lots.
Analysts said that the sell-off by participants at existing levels, amid a subdued market trend, weighed on the prices of cottonseed oil cake.
