New Delhi, March 25 The prices of cottonseed oil cake fell by Rs 24 to Rs 3,455 per quintal in futures trading on Wednesday, as traders reduced their positions, following weak trends in the spot market.
On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange, cottonseed oil cake for April delivery traded lower by Rs 24, or 0.69 per cent, to Rs 3,455 per quintal, with an open interest of 55,760 lots.
Analysts said that the selling pressure by traders at existing levels, amid a subdued market trend, weighed on the prices of cottonseed oil cake.
