New Delhi, April 8 Prices of cottonseed oil cake fell by Rs 11 to Rs 3,580 per quintal in futures trading on Wednesday, as participants reduced their positions, following weak trends in the spot market.
On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange, cottonseed oil cake for May delivery traded lower by Rs 11, or 0.31 percent, to Rs 3,580 per quintal, with an open interest of 30,780 lots.
Analysts said that the selling pressure by participants at existing levels, amid a subdued market trend, weighed on the prices of cottonseed oil cake.
