New Delhi, April 9 Prices of cottonseed oil cake fell by Rs 15 to Rs 3,552 per quintal on Thursday in futures trading, as participants reduced their positions, following weak trends in the spot market.
On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange, cottonseed oil cake for May delivery traded lower by Rs 15, or 0.42 percent, to Rs 3,552 per quintal with an open interest of 34,860 lots.
Analysts said that the selling pressure by participants at existing levels, amid a subdued market trend, weighed on the prices of cottonseed oil cake.
