New Delhi, March 30 Prices of cottonseed oil cake fell by Re 1 to Rs 3,594 per quintal on Monday in futures trading, as participants reduced their positions in response to weak spot market trends.
On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange, cottonseed oil cake for May delivery traded lower by Re 1, or 0.03 percent, to Rs 3,594 per quintal, with an open interest of 14,780 lots.
Analysts said that the selling pressure by participants at existing levels, amid a subdued market trend, weighed on the prices of cottonseed oil cake.
