Rajouri/Jammu, March 3 A member of the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) was hospitalised after sustaining a gunshot injury under unclear circumstances at a camp in Rajouri district of Jammu and Kashmir on Tuesday, according to sources.
The incident allegedly took place at a CRPF camp in the Tandwal area near Rajouri.
Sources stated that the soldier sustained a gunshot wound and was immediately taken to the Government Medical College (GMC) Associated Hospital, Rajouri, where he is currently receiving treatment.
Police have taken note of the incident and initiated necessary legal proceedings to determine the circumstances surrounding the firing, sources added.
