March 30, New Delhi - U.S. President Donald Trump signaled that he was reversing his previous decision to block oil shipments to Cuba, stating that he had "no problem" with any country sending crude oil as a Russian tanker approached a Cuban port with a much-needed shipment.
Speaking to reporters aboard Air Force One, President Trump expressed sympathy for the Cuban people's need for energy and said he was unconcerned with any assistance it might provide to the Communist government in Havana, adding that he predicted it would soon fall on its own.
