Lucknow, March 30 Cambodian Ambassador to India, Rath Many, visited the State Lalit Kala Akademi in Lucknow on Monday to inaugurate a special art exhibition held in her honour.
According to a statement, Many was deeply impressed by the artworks displayed at the exhibition. She remarked that such events could strengthen international cultural dialogue.
The ambassador was briefed on the government's key initiatives in the arts and culture sector by Minister of Tourism and Culture, Jaiveer Singh.
The artworks of senior photographer Anil Risal and watercolour artist Anil Sharma were key attractions of the exhibition.
Paintings depicting Mahatma Buddha on the theme 'From Awakening to Enlightenment' drew particular attention.
