KISHTWAR, FEBRUARY 24: Deputy Commissioner Pankaj Kumar Sharma held a meeting with Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs) and departmental heads to explore funding opportunities under the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR-1) framework.
He urged FPOs to register on the Ministry of Corporate Affairs portal and obtain CSR-1 certification to become eligible for CSR funds from corporates and PSUs. The DC also directed them to prepare Detailed Project Reports (DPRs) to access financial support.
Officials, including Chief Agriculture Officer Kushal Chandel, assured full technical and administrative assistance to help FPOs meet compliance requirements and develop viable project proposals aligned with district development goals.
