Jamshedpur, April 5 East Singhbhum Deputy Commissioner Karn Satyarthi has warned of strict administrative and legal action against any person, including LPG distributors, if found involved in the black marketing of gas cylinders, according to an official statement.

On Saturday, Satyarthi held a review meeting with agencies dealing in domestic LPG gas and discussed various issues related to gas supply arrangements, the distribution process, and the timely availability of LPG for consumers, the statement said.

The DC directed the gas agency operators to ensure the regular supply of domestic gas cylinders in a transparent manner.

Satyarthi stated that the administration will not tolerate the black marketing of LPG gas cylinders. He also asked LPG supply agencies to activate the complaint redressal system and make helpline numbers public to make the system effective.
