Regular captain Hardik Pandya missed the game due to illness.
Mumbai Indians failed to build partnerships, and only Rohit Sharma (35) and Suryakumar contributed significantly from the top and middle order. Naman Dhir scored 28.
Mukesh Kumar (2/26) bowled well and dismissed Mumbai's top-order batsmen.
