
New Delhi, March 13 A fire broke out in the records room of a transport authority building in the Sheikh Sarai Phase-2 area of south Delhi, a Delhi Fire Services (DFS) official said on Friday.
There were no casualties in the incident.
A call regarding the fire was received from the transport authority office at 9.31 pm on Thursday, he said.
Nine fire tenders were rushed to the spot, and the fire was contained to a records room within the building. It was extinguished by 11.20 pm, the official said.
There were no reports of any casualties in the fire, and the cause is yet to be determined, he said.
