New Delhi, March 25 Delhi recorded a minimum temperature of 16.4 degrees Celsius on Wednesday, 0.9 degrees below the normal, according to the weather department.

Daytime temperatures are expected to reach 30 degrees Celsius, the department said, predicting partly cloudy skies in the city.

Minimum temperatures at other stations showed slight deviations from the normal levels. Palam recorded 16.8 degrees Celsius, 0.1 degrees above normal, while Lodi Road logged 15.7 degrees Celsius, 0.7 degrees above normal.

At the Ridge station, the minimum temperature was 16.8 degrees Celsius, 2.3 degrees below normal, while Ayanagar recorded 15.7 degrees Celsius, 2.1 degrees below normal.

The maximum temperature is likely to be around 33 degrees Celsius, according to the India Meteorological Department (IMD).

Delhi's air quality was categorized as "moderate" with an AQI of 185, according to data from the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB).

According to CPCB standards, an AQI of 0-50 is considered 'good', 51-100 'satisfactory', 101-200 'moderate', 201-300 'poor', 301-400 'very poor', and 401-500 'severe'.
