
New Delhi, February 28 The national capital experienced a sunny morning on Saturday, with the minimum temperature settling 3.9 degrees above the season's average at 16.4 degrees Celsius, according to the India Meteorological Department (IMD).
The weather department has predicted a cloudy sky during the day, with the maximum temperature expected to reach around 31.9 degrees Celsius, 5.8 degrees above the season's average.
The relative humidity at 8:30 am was recorded at 84%.
The air quality was classified as "poor" at 9 am on Saturday, with an Air Quality Index (AQI) reading of 238, according to data from the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB).
According to the CPCB, an AQI between zero and 50 is considered "good", 51 to 100 "satisfactory", 101 to 200 "moderate", 201 to 300 "poor", 301 to 400 "very poor", and 401 to 500 "severe".
