Several parts of the National Capital experienced light rainfall this morning, providing some relief from the ongoing dry weather. According to the India Meteorological Department (IMD), approximately 5 millimeters of rainfall was recorded by 8:30 AM. IMD data indicates that Ayanagar received 2.6 millimeters of rain, while Pitampura recorded 3.5 millimeters.

The weather office stated that the minimum temperature was recorded at 20.2 degrees Celsius, which is 5.1 degrees above the seasonal average. The maximum temperature is expected to be around 28 degrees Celsius.

In the meantime, the Central Pollution Control Board reported that the Air Quality Index in Delhi was in the "moderate" category this morning. At 9 AM, the AQI stood at 190.
