Imphal, April 5 Students from Manipur University held a demonstration on Sunday, protesting the bomb blast on campus.
The blast occurred at the entrance to the teachers' quarters on campus in the Canchipur area around 7:30 pm on Saturday, according to police.
Five teachers live in the quarters, and police confirmed that no one was injured in the explosion.
The students held a demonstration with placards that read, "Give us educational freedom, uphold the law, we condemn the blast."
