Chennai, March 6 Justice Sushrut Arvind Dharmadhikari was sworn in as the Chief Justice of the Madras High Court here on Friday.
In a simple ceremony held at the Lok Bhavan, Governor RN Ravi administered the oath of office to Justice Dharmadhikari. He will be the 55th chief justice of the high court.
Tamil Nadu Law Minister S Regupathy and senior officials, including Chief Secretary N Muruganandam, attended the function.
