Diamond Power Infrastructure Profits Rise to Rs 49 Cr.webp

New Delhi, February 17 Diamond Power Infrastructure has reported a significant increase in its net profit to Rs 49.72 crore for the October-December quarter of 2025-26, compared to the previous year.

The Vadodara-based company, which provides integrated power transmission and distribution solutions, had reported a net profit of Rs 6.27 crore in the previous year, according to a company statement.

Its revenue from operations also increased by Rs 474.71 crore in the third quarter of 2025-26, compared to Rs 307.51 crore in the previous year, the company added.

Diamond Power Infra stated that its EBITDA stood at Rs 69.76 crore in Q3 FY26, compared to Rs 16.03 crore in the previous quarter. Gross margins also improved to 23.3 per cent in Q3 FY26, compared to 14.3 per cent a year ago.

Looking ahead, the company plans to focus on retail and new energy products and invest in newer technologies over the next two financial years, it added.
