KISHTWAR: The district administration will intensify enforcement of the Cigarettes and Other Tobacco Products Act (COTPA), 2003, which prohibits smoking in public places and ensures the full implementation of the Tobacco-Free Educational Institutions (ToFEI) guidelines.
Deputy Commissioner Pankaj Kumar told DD News Jammu that dedicated teams will focus on making Kishtwar tobacco-free, with particular attention to areas around schools and colleges.
