SAMBA, FEBRUARY 26: The District Task Force on Immunization (DTFI) meeting, chaired by Deputy Commissioner Samba, Ayushi Sudan, was held to review preparations for the launch of the National HPV Vaccination Campaign, aimed at preventing cervical cancer.

Chief Medical Officer Dr. Vidhi Bhatia emphasized the need for coordinated efforts, while District Immunization Officer Dr. Kamlesh Kumari presented an overview of the campaign's objectives, strategy, and target group—girls aged 14 years who have not yet reached 15 years.

The meeting focused on interdepartmental coordination, raising awareness, micro-planning, logistics, and monitoring to ensure smooth implementation across the district.

The Deputy Commissioner directed all departments to ensure full cooperation to ensure the timely and successful implementation of the vaccination drive.
