Mumbai, April 6 – Television superstar Divyanka Tripathi was visibly excited upon meeting her on-screen mother, Neena Kulkarni, at a recent event.
Neena was present at Divyanka Tripathi's recent baby shower ceremony in Mumbai.
Here, Divyanka was seen posing with Neena, who then shared the picture on her social media account.
Divyanka reposted Neena's post on her own social media account and wrote, "Amma… I am becoming an Amma!"
For those unfamiliar, Neena Kulkarni played the role of Divyanka's on-screen mother in the popular show "Yeh Hai Mohabbatein."
Divyanka portrayed the character of a dentist, Dr. Ishita Iyer, and Neena played the role of her mother, Malti Iyer, a homemaker.
The bond between Divyanka and Neena was greatly appreciated by fans.
Neena, who was clearly delighted to see Divyanka embarking on this new chapter of her life, wrote a heartfelt caption for her reel daughter on her social media account.
