DODA, MARCH 18: A joint enforcement team led by Executive Magistrate Shabir Ahmed conducted a market inspection in Doda to ensure compliance with regulations and protect consumer interests.
During the inspection, 11 individuals were fined ₹5,700, while expired food items were seized from two shops and destroyed. One shopkeeper was also fined ₹1,000 for overcharging.
Authorities warned traders against using domestic LPG for commercial purposes and emphasized strict adherence to hygiene, quality standards, and regulatory norms across all establishments.
