April 5, New Delhi: President Droupadi Murmu extended her greetings to all citizens on the occasion of Easter, with special wishes to the Christian community in India and abroad.
In her message, the President described Easter as a significant festival in Christianity. She said that the resurrection of Lord Jesus Christ inspires people to follow the values of truth, love, compassion, sacrifice, and forgiveness.
President Droupadi Murmu urged citizens to use this occasion to renew their commitment to promoting harmony, peace, and brotherhood in society. She also called on people to work together for a better future.
The President conveyed her good wishes to everyone celebrating the festival.
