
February 23, New Delhi – Brazilian President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva and South Korean President Lee Jae Myung signed several agreements in Seoul to expand cooperation in agriculture, business, and the health sector.
South Korean President Lee Jae Myung highlighted a memorandum of understanding on regulatory cooperation in the health sector, aimed at facilitating market access for Korean beauty products in South America.
South Korea has become a major global exporter of cosmetics, while Brazil remains one of the world's largest beauty markets. The leaders noted that annual trade between the two countries has exceeded $10 billion, reflecting growing economic engagement.
