RAJOURI, April 10, 2026: In a significant move to empower women, the Rajouri District Administration has launched a Gojri Topi Training Centre under the "Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao" scheme. Women from remote villages such as Badhal and Darhal are learning the art of crafting traditional Gojri caps through a free, three-month course. Equipped with materials and skills, these women are not only preserving their cultural heritage but also creating new opportunities for self-employment and financial independence.
