February 28, New Delhi: U.N. Secretary-General Antonio Guterres has called for an immediate cessation of hostilities between Afghanistan and Pakistan.
A spokesperson for the U.N. chief stated that Guterres is deeply concerned about the escalating violence between the two neighboring countries and its impact on civilian populations.
