Etah (UP), March 23 Two men died after an unidentified vehicle hit their motorcycle here on Monday, police said.
The accident occurred when Akshay (19) and his friend Kanhaiya (21), residents of the district, were on a motorcycle en route to Jalesar.
As they approached Nagla Gothi, an unidentified vehicle collided with their motorcycle. The impact was so severe that both died instantly, police said.
Akshay was on his way to attend his sister's wedding, police said.
Their bodies have been sent for post-mortem, and efforts are underway to identify the vehicle and its driver involved in the accident.
A case has been registered, police said.
