New Delhi, February 21 Hem Shankar, who was killed by a speeding car early Saturday in Subhash Nagar, west Delhi, was working night shifts to support his struggling family.
Hem's mother is deeply grief-stricken. She said she lost the only person in the family who provided for them after her husband's death in 2015.
