
President Droupadi Murmu, Vice President C P Radhakrishnan, and Prime Minister Narendra Modi have extended greetings to the people on the occasion of Eid-ul-Fitr today.
In her message, the President stated that the festival conveys the message of self-control, charity, and compassion for the less fortunate. It also promotes the values of love, brotherhood, peace, and mutual harmony. She added that the festival of Eid reminds us that we should strive for the well-being of all individuals. President Murmu further stated that on this occasion, let us resolve to help those in need, promote unity and harmony in society, and contribute to the nation's progress.
Vice President C P Radhakrishnan wished that the auspicious occasion inspires hope, harmony, and compassion and usher in joy and success for all.
In his message, Prime Minister Modi said that may the festival strengthen brotherhood and kindness throughout. Mr. Modi also wished everyone happiness, good health, and prosperity on this joyous occasion.
