POONCH, FEB 25: The Department of Floriculture has created a tulip garden in Poonch, drawing inspiration from the renowned gardens of the Kashmir Valley. Approximately 1,500 tulip bulbs in six vibrant colors have been planted. The garden will open to the public in the coming days, with the aim of promoting local tourism and providing a recreational space for residents and visitors.
