New Delhi, March 16 Coriander prices rose by Rs 208 to Rs 11,450 per quintal in futures trading on Monday, as speculators increased their holdings, following a strong trend in the spot market.
On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange, coriander contracts for April delivery rose by Rs 208, or 1.85%, to Rs 11,450 per quintal in 16,565 lots.
A firm trend in the spot market and limited supply from producing regions pushed up coriander prices, market analysts said.
