New Delhi, February 26 Prices of cottonseed oil cake fell by Rs 3 to Rs 3,297 per quintal on Thursday in futures trading, as participants reduced their positions, following weak trends in the spot market.
On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange, cottonseed oil cake for March delivery traded lower by Rs 3, or 0.09 per cent, to Rs 3,297 per quintal with an open interest of 55,210 lots.
Analysts said that a sell-off by participants at existing levels, amid a subdued market trend, weighed on the prices of cottonseed oil cake.
