New Delhi, March 16 Prices of cottonseed oil cake fell by Rs 12 to Rs 3,453 per quintal on Monday in futures trading, as participants reduced their positions, following weak trends in the spot market.
On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange, cottonseed oil cake for April delivery traded lower by Rs 12, or 0.35 percent, to Rs 3,453 per quintal with an open interest of 52,310 lots.
Analysts said that a sell-off by participants at existing levels, amid a subdued market trend, weighed on the prices of cottonseed oil cake.
