Pune, March 19 Goa Chief Minister Pramod Sawant underwent an angioplasty procedure at a hospital in Pune on Thursday.
Sawant was admitted to Ruby Hall Clinic after he complained of chest pain.
In a statement, Ruby Hall Clinic chairperson Dr Purvez Grant said Sawant successfully underwent an angioplasty procedure.
"The procedure was completed without complications, and his condition is currently stable. He is recovering well and remains under close observation," Dr Grant added.
