Mumbai, March 14 Separate fire incidents were reported at a timber warehouse and a residential building in the suburbs of Govandi and Borivali in Mumbai on Saturday morning, officials said.

No one was injured in these incidents.

A civic official said a fire broke out in a timber warehouse on PL Lokhande Marg in the New Gautam Nagar area of Govandi at 8:40 AM. At least four fire engines rushed to the scene and extinguished the fire after nearly three hours, at 11:35 AM.

Separately, a fire broke out in the air conditioning duct of the eight-story Prathamesh Tower in MHB Colony, Borivali (West), at 10:55 a.m.

Four fire engines, personnel from the Mumbai Police, Adani Electricity, and ward staff rushed to the scene. The fire was extinguished after about an hour at 11:50 AM.
