April 7, New Delhi – Amidst evolving developments in West Asia, the Government of India continues to keep citizens informed with regular updates.

During a media briefing on Tuesday, the Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas confirmed that fuel and LPG supplies across the country remain stable, with no reports of shortages.

Sujata Sharma, Joint Secretary (Marketing & Oil Refinery), stated that LPG distributor ships are fully stocked and petrol pumps are operating normally, with no dryouts reported.

Meanwhile, Asangba Chuba Ao, Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Civil Aviation, highlighted the steps taken by the government to strengthen the sector. He emphasized that these measures have helped maintain stable domestic prices despite global challenges.
