The new portal, with Auto-DCR technology, enables fully digital and time-bound processing of building permits, integrates changes in land use, and allows self-certification for low-risk buildings. It ensures transparency, real-time tracking, and faster approvals, while promoting energy efficiency and sustainable urban development across the Union Territory.
