Greetings Extend on Last Friday of Ramadan in J&K.webp

In Jammu and Kashmir, Jumat-ul-Vida, the last Friday of the holy month of Ramadan, is being celebrated today across the Union Territory with religious fervor and devotion. An Akashvani Jammu correspondent reports that the government had rescheduled the holiday for the occasion, which is now being observed today instead of March 20 across the Union Territory. Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha, Chief Minister Omar Abdullah, Deputy Chief Minister Surinder Choudhary, and other cabinet ministers extended greetings to the people on the occasion. In their messages, they wished peace, happiness, and prosperity for all citizens. They also highlighted the spiritual significance of Jumat-ul-Vida, the last Friday of the holy month of Ramadan, and urged people to pray for harmony and well-being in society.
