Growth Strategy: Wow! Momo Targets Tier II & III Markets.webp

Mumbai, April 9 Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) chain Wow! Momo Foods announced on Thursday that it plans to add 150 to 200 stores in 2026-27, with a greater focus on tier II and III markets, and aims to generate revenue of ₹1,200 crore.

In FY26, Wow! Momo Foods opened 200 stores, the highest annual store addition to date.

With this expansion, the brand now operates over 850 outlets in more than 90 cities across the country.

"Opening 200 stores and entering 40 new cities in a single financial year is a number we are proud of, but it really reflects the depth of execution across our team and our supply chain. We have worked hard to improve product consistency, the dining experience, and the speed of service, and the consumer response has validated that," said Sagar Daryani, Co-Founder and CEO, Wow! Momo Foods, in a statement.

In 2026-27, the company plans to open 150 to 200 additional stores, with a greater focus on tier II and III markets, which have significant growth potential, he said.

Looking ahead, Wow! Momo aims to generate ₹1,200 crore in revenue by 2027, reflecting its ambition to further strengthen its leadership in India's rapidly evolving QSR market, he stated.

"We are also doubling down on (technology investment) as we expand into these markets," Daryani added.

Wow! Momo operates a diversified portfolio of brands, including Wow! Momo, Wow! China, Wow! Chicken, and Wow! Kulfi, with a multi-format strategy encompassing dine-in outlets, cloud kitchens, and partnerships with modern retail stores.
