New Delhi, March 23 Guar gum prices fell by ₹98 to ₹9,965 per quintal on Monday in futures trading, as traders offloaded their holdings in line with a weak trend in the spot market.
On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange, guar gum for April delivery declined by ₹98, or 0.97%, to ₹9,965 per quintal in 56,635 lots.
Marketmen said slack demand in the spot market and ample supplies from growing regions put pressure on guar gum prices.
