New Delhi, March 30 Guar gum prices fell by ₹9 to ₹10,414 per quintal on Monday in futures trading, as traders offloaded their holdings in line with a weak trend in the spot market.
On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange, guar gum for May delivery declined by ₹9, or 0.09 percent, to ₹10,414 per quintal in 28,875 lots.
Market participants said slack demand in the spot market and ample supplies from growing regions put pressure on guar gum prices.
