New Delhi, February 24 Guar seed prices declined by Rs 22 to Rs 5,402 per quintal in futures trading on Tuesday due to ample supply.
On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange, guar seed contracts for March delivery fell by Rs 22, or 0.41%, to Rs 5,402 per quintal, with an open interest of 55,135 lots.
Market participants attributed the decline in guar seed prices to increased supply from growing regions.
