New Delhi, March 30 Guar seed prices declined by Rs 2 to Rs 5,522 per quintal in futures trading on Monday, due to ample supply.
On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange, guar seed contracts for April delivery fell by Rs 2, or 0.04 percent, to Rs 5,522 per quintal, with an open interest of 38,340 lots.
Market participants attributed the downward trend in guar seed prices to increasing supplies from growing regions.
