
New Delhi, March 11 Guar seed prices declined by Rs 2 to Rs 5,515 per quintal in futures trading on Wednesday, due to an oversupply.
On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange, guar seed contracts for April delivery fell by Rs 2, or 0.04 percent, to Rs 5,515 per quintal, with an open interest of 45,195 lots.
Market participants attributed the decline in guar seed prices to the increasing supply from growing regions.
