
New Delhi, March 24 Guar seed prices declined by Rs 20 to Rs 5,479 per quintal in futures trading on Tuesday, due to an oversupply.
On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange, guar seed contracts for April delivery fell by Rs 20, or 0.37%, to Rs 5,479 per quintal, with an open interest of 46,265 lots.
Market participants attributed the decline in guar seed prices to increased supply from growing regions.
