New Delhi, March 25 Guar seed prices rose by Rs 29 to Rs 5,463 per quintal in futures trading on Wednesday, driven by increased investor confidence.
On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange, guar seed contracts for April delivery rose by Rs 29, or 0.53 percent, to Rs 5,463 per quintal, with an open interest of 43,420 lots.
Market participants said that despite a fall in spot prices, increased investor confidence supported guar seed prices in futures trading.
