New Delhi, March 10 Guar seed prices declined by Rs 55 to Rs 5,557 per quintal in futures trading on Tuesday, due to ample supply.
On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange, guar seed contracts for April delivery fell by Rs 55, or 0.99%, to Rs 5,557 per quintal, with an open interest of 43,295 lots.
Market participants attributed the downward trend in guar seed prices to increasing supply from growing regions.
