Gurugram Housing Market Sees Growth with Emperium's New Development.webp

New Delhi, March 31 The real estate firm, Emperium Group, will develop a new housing project in Gurugram, with an expected revenue of nearly Rs 170 crore, as part of its expansion plans.

In a statement on Tuesday, the company announced the launch of a residential project, 'Emperium Titan', on the Dwarka Expressway in Gurugram.

The project, spread across 1.03 acres, will have 74 apartments, each measuring 1,906 square feet.

"The residences are priced at Rs 2.45 crore per unit, with the company targeting an estimated revenue potential of Rs 167 crore from the project," Emperium Group said.

Ravi Saund, Founding Director, Emperium, said that the demand for housing remains strong in the Gurugram market.

Gurugram-based Emperium Group has so far delivered 1.68 million sq ft of real estate.

Since its inception in 2017, Emperium Group has delivered homes to over 6,000 customers in more than 14 projects in Gurugram, Panipat, and Yamuna Nagar.

According to real estate data analytics firm PropEquity data, housing sales in the Delhi-NCR region increased by 13 per cent to 12,141 units in the January-March period, compared to 10,723 units in the year-ago period.
